Artist Statement
My artistic journey began with a fascination for the silent language of lines—their ability to
whisper, to scream, to hold emotion within their curves. Architecture gave me structure, but
it was in breaking free from rigid forms that I found the raw pulse of creativity. Art became
my way of exploring the uncharted landscapes of the mind—where chaos meets clarity,
where the subconscious rises to the surface.
I dive deep into emotions, into the echoes of fleeting thoughts, into the subconscious cues
we so often overlook. My work is a conversation between the abstract and the figurative, a
delicate balance of spontaneity and intention. I work with intuitive sketches, torn paper
scraps, colored chalk, and layers of acrylic—each element carrying its own whisper of a
memory, a feeling, a fragment of something larger. In this interplay of materials, meaning
emerges—not in loud declarations, but in quiet revelations, in the spaces between.
By Pieces: The Power of Small Moments
In my collection By Pieces, I embrace the beauty of the overlooked—the scribbled notes, the
remnants of conversations, the abandoned sketches on scraps of paper. These fragments,
seemingly insignificant on their own, become part of a greater whole when woven together.
They transform, revealing new stories, new emotions. My work invites the viewer into this
same process of discovery, where meaning is not dictated but uncovered, piece by piece.
Art as a Mirror of Human Experience
My art is for those who feel deeply, who are unafraid to stand in the storm of their
emotions. Vulnerability and strength coexist in my work, just as they do in life. Sketching is
my meditation, my way of unearthing the subconscious, of capturing moments before they
slip away. Each line, each brushstroke, is a trace of something ephemeral—a thought, a
memory, a heartbeat.
Artists, like actors, do not create in isolation. We channel not only our own emotions but the
silent longings of others, the shared echoes of human experience. My work is an
invitation—to feel, to listen, to question. To step into a space where nothing is fixed, where
meaning is fluid, where emotions are allowed to breathe.
I offer my work as a mirror, a window, a doorway. Step inside. What will you find?
They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.
